Sukuki Enterprises is associated with construction of residential and commercial complexes and infrastructures projects. Presently a residential complex is being executed at Begumpet, Hyderabad.at an estimated cost of Rs.1.5 crores.All the space in the complex has been sold and it is likely to be completed by March 2006.The company is in advanced stages of negotiations for similar projects and are expected to take up atleast 2 such projects in the next financial year which will add a turnover of Rs.2 crores to the company.
